- Damage caused by items improperly packed by the customer.
- Loss or damage resulting from natural disasters, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Any indirect or consequential loss due to delays or cancellations.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure:
- All items are ready for transport at the scheduled time.
- Access to both pickup and delivery locations is clear and safe.
- Accurate information regarding addresses, item lists, and other relevant details is provided before the move.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in additional charges or service delays.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to cancel your booking:
- Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the move may qualify for a full or partial refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the move may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
